· How many sessions will I need?

That depends on what you wish to achieve. I recommend that you commit to three months coaching in order to see real sustainable change.

· How often should I have a session?

Usually I advise initially meeting fortnightly when starting then less frequent as targets and goals are reached.  Nevertheless, sessions are based on your individually needs

· Is it like therapy or counselling?

Not at all.  I am not a therapist or counsellor.  If something from your past is holding you back we may explore that in order for you to move forward.  Coaching works in the present and gives you an insight on things that are and are not working for you.

· When can I start?

As soon as you book an appointment.

· What are some of the benefits of coaching?

Effectiveness, Fulfilment, Integrity and Life (efiL).

Coaching is transformational.  It helps you to see things you may not have been fully aware of previously and view things from various angles.  With simple processes you will be able to make informed choices and take action steps towards what is really important to you and your commitment.

· Does coaching really work?

Yes coaching works.  However, for coaching to really work effectively, you need to be committed to your commitments.  Coaching is not an antidote for all circumstances and situations, but applying where it can together with your commitment has transformational successful results.

· Is coaching confidential?

Yes coaching is confidential. Anything and everything we discuss and share is 100% confidential.  Any notes taken are purely to help in coaching you, and these are stored and disposed of with the appropriate care.

· Is it worth the investment?

Yes, coaching is worth the investment.  You setting aside time to choose and order your priorities and set action steps to achieve your committed goals, is priceless.

· Can I meet you in person?

Yes you can meet me in person. If you live or work in London, we can meet face-to-face over teas and coffees or from my base in Wanstead, East London. If you live further afield we could arrange a FaceTime or Skype call.

· Is there any contractual agreement?

Yes the Standard Coaching Agreement, which is available to download from the website under legal notices.  It is a simple document outlining our commitments to each other.  If there is anything in there that you are concerned about, do contact us so we can discuss it.

· Are you professionally trained and industry qualified?

Yes. I hold a number of coaching and professional qualifications, for a list of some of them please have a look at our profiles.  I also ensure my personal development and learning is enhanced each year.
