1. "efiL" shall mean efiL Limited.
2. This privacy policy applies to any information acquired by and/or provided to efiL including but not limited to:

   • information acquired/provided during the course of orders, transactions and bookings;
   • information acquired/provided through enquiries or by the completion of any request and or invitation for information;
   • information acquired/provided through awards and competition entries;
   • information acquired/provided through any other source which we obtain in relation to you.
3. efiL recognises that your privacy is important to you. The information you submit to efiL will be kept confidential and secure once received. The information will be processed by efiL or on its behalf under strictly regulated conditions in accordance with the provisions of the Data Protection Act 1998.

   • updating and enhancing customer, contact and membership records and those of other related efiL activities

   • compiling information relating to your use of efiL products and services and defining areas of interest to you

   • handling orders, delivering products and services, processing payments, communicating with you about orders, products and services and generally maintaining your account

   • advising you of other products and services which may be of interest

   • compiling case studies in relation to the purpose for which the information was submitted (e.g. awards nominations), or otherwise; in an anonymised format unless otherwise expressly notified to you in advance

   • providing you with information about and communications from your local Learning and Development Hub.

1. efiL will only disclose this information in the following circumstances:

   • where your consent has been obtained

   • where there is a legal obligation

   • where there is a public duty or

   • in connection with the assignment or transfer of all or any of its rights and obligations to any of its group companies or to any other third party

1.  efiL will take reasonable steps to create an accurate record of any personal data you have submitted. However, efiL does not assume responsibility for confirming the ongoing accuracy of your personal data. You can update your personal data by emailing us at info@efil-coaching.com.

Cookies and Google Analytics

1. efiL may gather information about you when you use our Website by using cookies. Information collected in this way will be anonymised and aggregated.

2. efiL reserve the right to anonymously track and report a user's activity inside of the Websites. The Website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google, Inc. ("Google"). Google Analytics uses cookies and or an Application Programming Interface ("API") to help analyse how the Website is used. AdWords Remarketing

This website uses the Google AdWords remarketing service to advertise on third party websites (including Google) to previous visitors to our site. If there is a material change in our privacy practices, efiL will indicate on this site that efiL’s privacy practices have changed, and make the necessary amendments to the current privacy policy. If efiL considers using the information collected from you in a manner materially different from that stated at the time of collection, efiL will send written notice by email of the change.
